Oh my! I'm easily startled by noises - that one would have definitely made me jump.

Don't you hate being forced to buy new appliances? I'd rather decide I want one on my own and take my time picking out just the right one!

Eeeek!! That's awful!!! I hate buying new appliance. I think for as much as they cost they should last forever. :)

oh friend... were you able to replace the glass? When they were redoing our kitchen, we bought a new stove and they shattered the glass in an accident:( Thankfully, just the glass needed replaces. I too hate buying appliances, we just had to by a new dishwasher- ugh!

Yes, buying new appliances is not on my list of favorite things to shop for - that is for sure.

All appliances are over priced and built for failure by year number eight. My oven had already had a few malfunctions and was twelve years old. Should have lasted longer but I am glad to be rid of that oven, now that it's all over of course.

It's been a long time since I had so many comments on my blog and even longer since I actually responded...that is nice!
